Our Endless turned round belts are manufactured from a homogeneous strand or cord, wound endlessly and spliced into a continuous belt without any increase in diameter at the splice.

For special applications, our in-house technologies allow the internal splice to be vulcanized or produced as a special splice design. This can increase the tensile strength by up to 60%.

For elastic belt types, the core is welded.

Thanks to their unique construction, these belts offer exceptionally smooth running characteristics and outstanding flexibility. This allows for minimum pulley diameters as small as three times the belt diameter and, for certain belt types, operating speeds of up to 70,000 rpm. However, the belt speed should not exceed 60 m/s.

As we manufacture the cords ourselves in our in-house twisting facility, we can respond flexibly to virtually any customer requirement, regardless of the diameter needed or whether monofilaments, multifilaments, films, or multi-component yarns are used.

We even machine the square profiles for our Vulkollan round belts from 40 kg material blocks in-house. This enables us to ensure outstanding quality throughout the entire production process from raw material processing to the finished product.

Endless Turned Round Belts in Action – Of Course with Pflug

Thanks to our machinery, which has been specifically designed for our products and largely developed and built in-house, we are able to manufacture products from diameters as small as 0.8 mm on computer-controlled machines that are unique worldwide, achieving the highest level of precision.

Through continuous product development and close collaboration with our customers, we constantly adapt our Endless turned round belts to changing operating conditions or develop entirely new belt types.

All textile belt types can be impregnated with a wide variety of coatings to protect the textile fibers against abrasion, increase the coefficient of friction, or achieve specific performance characteristics according to customer requirements.

Using special thermal setting processes, we ensure that low-elongation belt types exhibit the lowest possible operational elongation during service.
